Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our vehicle rental services.

Rental Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle
A valid driver's license is required
A valid credit card in the renter's name is required
Additional drivers must be registered and meet all requirements

Vehicle Use

Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:

Use under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Use for racing or any illegal activity
Transporting more passengers than the vehicle is designed for
Subletting or assigning the vehicle to another person

Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
